Lei Garden at Chijmes not bad..
They currently having some promo I think. .. :wink:

Paradise Group of restaurants not bad...if budget allows, you can try Taste Paradise at Ion Orchard , 4th floor

Royal China at Raffles hotel not bad - and the prices are not as scary as thought. They have some promo currently until 30 Jan 2011.

Else crystal jade/imperial treasures usually have consistent quality.

Peony Jade at clarke quay...

their dishes quite special... dessert very nice also
