Those stalls selling claypot frog leg porridge usually have those claypot mixed zha chai (mixed veges wif cabbages, carrots, black fungus etc) too.
Anyone knows how to make them can share the recipe/method pls? Not in claypot though, just normal frying will do. TIA.
