What does your child eat daily??

My daughter is 18 months this is her pattern:

9am -200ml of Milk

11.30 Lunch - she's still on porridge (potato, carrot, pumpkin, spinich) one bowl

1pm - 200 ml of milk
NAP TIME

4pm 200 ml milk

6.30 - same prridge again another bowl

8/9pm 200 ml milk

9.30 Bed time!!

I feel this may not be enough... inbetween she drinks grip water and i give her juice now and then too!!

she does eat well... and weighs 11kg!!

My dd just turned 18mths too and only weighs 10kg or so... She doesn't drink as much milk as your gal but takes in some snacks (baby biscuits, bread) and fruits in between. Her porridge includes either fish, chicken or pork besides the vege you mentioned. Sometimes we give her egg and tofu.

The routine is about the same but my dd sleeps at 11pm! Gawd... no wonder she not growing as quickly...
