Low fat cheese doesn't taste as good as normal cheese. Taking away the fat reduces the flavour in cheese.

i think some fats is gd for kids. don see the harm of having normal 'fat' cheese.

'fats' in cheese is still fat, still contains the same number of calories as all other fats. Calcium, unfortunately, can't break down 'fats'. Only exercise can help to burn some 'fats'.

okok, so buy the low fat ones...

are kraft singles good or the laughing cow ones...

i dunno if DD & DS are fascinated by the laughing cow or izit becos they really taste better..

i personally prefer the laughing cow too but its so expensive. 1 box cost $7.10 over at shop & save.

I heard that children should not take fresh cheese like brie. Don't true or not.

what brands are more suitable for children? kraft, chessdale or laughing cow? i am talking abt sliced cheese.

also wondering if any1 is using those cheese spread instead of butter for bread? is it better/healthier?
