How to thaw meat in microwave?

Can anyone help me on this?
I have tried many ways but the frozen meat gets cooked on the surface but still frozen in the inside. I put the setting to thaw mode but still unsuccessful.

It is not possible to thaw meat entirely without getting the outside surface cooked. The thawing function in the microwave is to allow the meat to be partially thawed so that u can cut and separate the meat easily.
What i usually do is thawed the meat partially in the microwave oven, then cut, then season and allow it to be thawed for a while more on the kitchen top.

same problem here.. ..Remember to cover the meat in the microwave meant to be thawed.
Sometimes we dipped frozen meat (in plastic bag) in slightly warmed water so they thaw faster..
