people with own cafe usually eat the leftovers or those that they cant sell off for the day.... ironic but true

I would like my cafe to sell a stew that can be taken away in a container. To be eaten with a bun or bread. I would like to make it cheap enough for anyone to buy it as an affordable but nutritious meal. The stew would have potatoes, carrots, green peas and chicken chunks. :smile:

prefer chinese food but must have a few signature dishes. i love chinese food. steamboat and seafood restaurants also good. also opening a restaurant is good for me cos' i cant cook well at all. so tak bao from there everyday. :wink:

but got a question. been to restaurants here and overseas which said they dont use msg. but ended up very thirsty after dining there, so did or did they not use msg?
