WTA - which fish has high nutri value?

Postby BeContented » Tue Aug 02, 2011 12:24 am

Would like to get more 'good' fish for my children....any advice from other mommies in KSP?

So far, I only know codfish, threadfin & salmon. Any other types that taste good and high in nutritional value?

Off the top of my head, I think of codfish and salmon too.

Mackarel is a good oily fish too. There's also something the fishmongers call "ang zhor" I think.
