Yesterday was my 4th visit there and I have tried all the stalls already.
Can't decide which is the best cos all are so delicious.
The most impressionable is Bario.
Not becoz it is the best (all are so good) but becoz it has lots of bean sprouts which I like. However I wish their ramen would be thinner and not so flat which reminds me of mee pok, instead of mee kia.

Yesterday I tried Iroha for the first time and I love their combination of bamboo shoots and spring onions. Simply heavenly.

I wish all the stalls could stay on even after the competition is over!

Ikkousha?

I can't remember its taste.

Those that made an impression on me are Bario, Iroha and Tetsu.

Bario - i like cos of the crunchy bean sprout and the garlic, but dont really like their flat ramen.

Iroha - like their ramen and the soyu stock and the spring onion bamboo shoot combination is heavenly.

Tetsu - thick rich stock, albeit a little too salty and oily.

Yes, Ikkousha. The soup's really tasty and garlicky. Lots of pork slices too, with fungus (I think) and spring onions.

I should go try the three you mentioned. I tried one at the entrance of Champion before. Which one is that? The taste is pretty good too, though I still prefer Ikkousha.

I think it is Gantetsu.
Btw i just went to facebook to vote and so far Ikkousha has the highest number of votes at this point in time.
I voted for Bario!

Believe it or not, after posting about ramen, I had a sudden urge to eat it again. I went to T3 and tried Gensuke ramen which is from Fukuoka. I really like this one. It has only chicken and vegetarian ramen, no pork. But the broth was so thick and tasty. I wonder how they do it! DH had Riki ramen which was so similar to Bario.
