banana, buns/pastries (i prefer to have non-meat filling if to be consumed the next day), grapes with stems intact (consume by morning else there'll be a sourish taste)

Raisins, Yoghurt drink (dutch mill), Karihome Yoghurt Sweeties.

No weird brands bought from Valudollar / Japan Home please. No lollipops if you can help it.

I prefer to fill the bags with stationery.

Suggestions for Healthier Snack Box

Hi Mums

I pack a Sandwich for Daughter's recess and a snack box (assortment of biscuits) for bus journey home.

Any suggestions for a healthier snack box that will last until past 1 pm ?

Think all that processed food I give her as snack box will not be good for her long term.

The daughter said that bread will "harden" so will not eat it as part of snack box.
