Right now I have 3 types of oil at home..olive oil for baking, olive canola oil for cooking and bought sunflower oil the other day for frying (read that smoke point is higher)..hopefully using them correctly.

I am making stir fry dishes I want the heat pretty high so I use peanut oil for that, I use olive oil for everything else.

Sunflower oil is good, it's one of the healthiest cooking oils around.. coconut oil and olive oil are good options too!
