To make things easy just buy hai ( sea prawn ) is white meat. Natural crunchy and taste very good. No need to marinate at all (peeled prawns)add abit of salt and store in fridge. When you need to cook just defrost.

How do you tell if prawn is from sea. I know the ang-car prawns are but can't tell the rest.

You can get the crispy flour from one of the shop at Taka basement. The shop sell bottle chillie, noodle etc. The prawn mix with the crispy flour become very very crispy. Must try.
