Original Title: Any Pizza Making Class to Join?

Can anyone help me to list any class where they teach to make Pizza in Tampines Area or anyother area nearby. My DS loves Pizza, if I can make I can hide all goodies inside and give him to eat, otherwise he does'nt want to eat fruits

His birthday is in Dec, I want to make my own Pizza with fruits added for him and save my money also.

pizza with fruits?? Never heard of leh. Maybe you can buy the crust from cold storage, then add some mozarella cheese and some fruit toppings. Pop in the oven?? Suggestion only. I donno how to make pizza either.

If your son likes jelly or agar agar, it's easier to add the fruits in there so he'll eat. Did you let him try a variety? White nectarines are very nice; so are the huge taiwan mangos and sweet pineapples from philipines. Dont stick to the usual apples and oranges. My kids and I hate plums though..they're usually too sour or too soft. Gd luck.

Jona, suggest you save more money and check out the fruit pizza recipes on www.allrecipes.com

I made the one with strawberries and other fruits on whipped cheese and lemon and it was a hit. Helped too that my kids love pizza crust - either make own or buy. Hope that helps!

Actually pizza is rather easy to make especially if you have a breadmaker.
The breadmaker typically comes with a recipe for the dough.

What I use for my pseudo Hawaiian pizza:
1. Breadmaker
2. Tomato paste
3. Mozzerella cheese
4. Tomatoes
5. Sausages
6. Ham pieces
7. Pineapples

Using the breadmaker, half the work is done as it can whip the dough for you. Alternatively is to knead the dough yourself or buy off the shelf from the super market.

Then using the dough, roll it and then use a container cover to cut a round shape, I usually make mini pizzas and then form a pizza tower with it.

Then spread the tomato paste on each pizza.
Lay the items (4) - (7) in your most creative ways on the pizza, I usually make faces.
Final touch is to put the cheese on top of all the ingredients and then put into the oven to bake for 10-15 mins depending on the size of your pizzas.
In fact your kids can bake together with you and they will enjoy it.

Viola..ready to serve

Did u watch U tube for Pizza making interesting. Thanks for the advice to save on the lesson and try myself. Why not I try. I dont have the bread maker, But I have the higher end Microwave. Does it usually come with breadmaker. I never tried or checked on my microwave!

Oh, I forgot to add that if you want the fruit pizza base to be for dessert, you can use crushed digestive biscuits with butter to bind. Then allow to refrigerate for half an hour till hardened.
