Dinner was lotus root soup with pork ribs (cooked in the morning before going to work), steam egg and stir fry xiao bai cai

dd1 cooked for us these 2 days. Fried rice and fried eggs. I just asked them to eat more fruits since no veg.

Don't know when will I get to eat DD's cooking. The only "dish" she can cook is cheese popiah. Shredded cheese wrapped in small popiah skin, then pan fry. Quite yummy actually. She learnt from watching the demo in NTUC.

that's her signature fried rice. she used her own method. i have almost never beat the eggs separately for fried rice. she told me she added soy sauce and sesame oil and beat with the eggs. abit salty but yummy.

Diced long beans with beaten egg, egg omelette with spring onions, pan fry sliced pork, chilled tofu.
