I used 2 cups flour, ended up with 4 portions of dough.
This is the last piece, which I tried to replicate cheesy crust, without success.
Topped n baked, then cooled n freeze.

Using Funz's naan recipe

:thankyou:

I used a different recipe in the end. Rolled it really thin to get a biscuit like base. Made square pizza too...coz round ones are just too mainstream!! :rotflmao:

I reheat the frozen pizza for dinner on Thurs using the oven. The crust was hot and browned but the middle was just at room temperature.
How to reheat a frozen pizza without burning the crust, yet is piping hot throughout?

Yesterday dinner was stir fry Qing Long Cai with ikan bilis, steamed minced pork with eggs and pan fry Xi Dao Yu.

Planning to cook stir fry Cai Xin, steamed flower crab, oven grilled Dai Yu and pan fry sliced pork with dark soya sauce and sliced shittake mushrooms for today's dinner.
