Hubby said someone brou him to a TeoChew restaurant along Keng Lee Road that serves nice food.

Anyone know the exact name or location? He did not get these info.

Sin Hoi Sai Seafood restaurant at Tiong Bahru. Food is very good and prices I find quite reasonable.
