Where to buy Chinese tea leaves?

I am looking for somewhere to buy Chinese tea leaves (tie guanyin) of a better quality than what is available at supermarkets. Maybe some shop in the Chinatown area? Can anyone recommend a reliable place? We used to buy tea leaves of the S$80/kg range in China, if that helps.

Good morning 
You can try Kovan Heartland Mall. There is a stall just be the escalator on the second floor. She sells tea and also tea sets.
Otherwise, you can try Tea Chapter. Tea Chapter is along Neil Road.

I bought some tea leaves from Shinno Tea at Parkway Parade - some fair going on at that time few weeks back - felt the tea tasted pretty ok.

For more mass market ones, can try Yue Hwa Chinese products. They are a big supermarket/shopping centre selling products from China. One branch in chinatown (next to OG people's park). The other 2 are in Jurong Point and Junction 10 (Bukit Panjang).
