I like this wanton mee. The newspaper today reported that the owner uses a mix of sesame oil & soy sauce. I wonder how she achieve it as the sauce is the clear type (very old school) since the soy sauce will make it darker. Anyone has any idea??
oh, her fried rice also very good even with simple ingredients like char siew & egg like grandmother type of homecooked fried rice.

I can't remember if I've tried it at the old national library. But the ambience is definitely better.

Yet to try this wan ton noodle but I like the pontian one...the fried wan ton is delicious...usually order extra wan ton to go with my noodles. Realise the noodle is cheaper at food courts unlike west mall.

I also prefer the pontian one. Taste good and cheap. Value for money.

i am not a fan of Pontian. Nam Seng's one is very old school type, very few stalls sells this kind of wanton mee anymore.
