Hi all, welcoming all to share fuss free, fast and nutritious recipes ( preferably prep and/or cook time within 30 mins) for family with preteens.
To start the ball rolling, here is my family's all time favourite.
Honey oyster stewed chicken.
1. Wings, breast meat or drumsticks, skin and fats removed.
2. Fry garlic, ginger in sesame oil.
3. Add chicken, oyster sauce, a dash of rice wine, pepper and rock honey. Stir in water to simmer.
4. Once gravy has boiled for 10mins, remove and put in thermal pot. After 6 hrs, ready to eat!
prep time : 30 mins ( includes boil rice and salad prep)
