Christmas Roast Pork

Wonder if anyone has tried to make your own xmas roasts? I saw Jasons supermkt selling the raw ones with cooking instructions. Also saw a recipe on soshiok posted last year b4 xmas. The recipe is so simple - just a slab of pork loin, rubber with salt & rosemary & plonk into the oven to cook for 1 hr +. Quite tempted to try cooking my own this xmas but not sure how & where to get good cuts of pork. Shld I try Jasons one as it's a supposedly gourmet supermkt, can't be too bad right? Or cold storage or Mmmmmm!?
Am trying not to get ham as it's processed & high in salt content...
