This is one rage now - from miracle belly fat reduction to detoxing to hydrating.

For me it has been about quenching my thirst literally. Somehow water doesnt seem enough for our hot days. This combines my new found love for herbs and lime and long time love for fruits into one fabulous drink that lasts the whole day.

Come share your concoctions , let's pick a tip or trick from each other. I have plenty of doubts I want to clear. I am waiting... :rahrah: :rahrah: :rahrah:

Questions on my mind now -
How do you infuse spices ?
Which spices are good for infusion?

Looks good especially on a hot day. I will either go with lemon slices or lime slices with sour plums.

My water for this week will be lemon, strawberries & mint leaves. Unless Iran out of strawberries.

So far I've only used cinnamon with apple.

Bbmom, for your recipe...

Put all 'ingredients' into the bottle of normal boiled water and maybe after 10mins can drink already?

Eg for lemon needs to squeeze out the juice or just the whole slice lemon will do?

Interesting...like this also can lose weight

I slice the lemons and strawberries and just add to room temperature water. Let it sit for at least an hour I think. I infuse overnight in the fridge.

My bottle has a section right at the end to squeeze the lemons. I normally squeeze them and leave them in the fridge. I like to drink it chilled.
