I like! Always buy Bee cheng hiang, quite okay with it...any other brands worth checking out?

has anyone tried 金裕源 Kim Joo Guan which supplied Bak Kwa 肉干 to Lim Chee Guan 林志源?

anyway. this Kim Joo Guan has even set up a facebook to collect pre-orders ....

Minced type is softer - easier for old folks.
Sliced type is "chewier" so I usually for this. I go for Bee Cheng Hiang but only certain outlets.

BTW, is it a must to buy Bak Kwa during CNY. I don't coz it's too ex and somehow their quality drop during CNY.
