Anyone going for this?

Sounds interesting to have brunch on 78m long buffet...
The only thing is why the opening hours is 12pm to 3pm, is that brunch?

In case you don't know what it is:
"Brunch on the 78.0", a quarterly highlight on the culinary calendar of The Ritz-carlton, Millenia Singapore, will present a stellar line-up of fine cuisine and vintage champagnes, which significantly extends its already bountiful Sunday brunch spread.

Aimed at raising the bar on the definitive brunch experience, this magnificent Sunday brunch will debut on Jan 24.

Running from artist Dale Chihuly’s “Sunrise” installation in Chihuly Lounge and across the hotel lobby to “Sunset” in Greenhouse Restaurant, the 78-metre buffet xtravaganza will showcase the gastronomic prowess of the hotel's Executive Chef Arnaud Thulliez and his team as well as two-star Michelin Chef Michel Portos.

With gorgeous displays of food, free-flowing champagne seating stretching from Chihuly Lounge across the lobby to Greenhouse Restaurant, guests are likely to be blown away by the experience.

Foodies will also have the opportunity to savour the creative dishes by Chefs Thulliez and Portos. The hotel hopes to enhance their experience by providing personalised service and placing chefs at the various live-cooking stations.

Love buffet, but hate the dress up for this sort of event.
So dress up, how to enjoy eating comfortably and most importantly, the big bulge in the middle section sure to show and they would be trying to decide whether I m fat or pregnant

I love dressing up and i sure love to eat. :celebrate:

And boy can i really eat.. :P these days thinking of
food and breathing air can already make me put on
the kilos.

As to such questions, which used to bother me.. a lot,
i tend to get a little cranky with my curt replies. :politebleah:

1. Are you ehmmm... er... (deciding how to ask the question)?

No, i'm not pregnant. I'm just fat?

------------------------------------------------------------------------

2. Are you pregnant?

No, just a lotta shit inside that just refused to come out. :P

Ritz-Carlton woah. If want to wear tunic and tights, must be branded and accompanied some ridiculous (at least to me lah) $1k handbag. Or at least some bling like a carat or more ???.....

Just joking lah....

Me cannot wear tunic, would look like wearing a tent leh.
Mmmm, maybe can dig up that plunging V-neck wrap dress, so as to draw attention to the boobies instead of tummy.

Any idea whats the damage? Got number to call for inquiries/reservation?

:celebrate:

Here you go...touted as not so expensive because brunch is typically like that. I suah gu never do brunch before...so I dunno...

“Brunch on the 78.0” is priced at S$163 per adult, S$81.50 per child (six to 12 years of age) and S$40.75 per child (three to five years of age) and is available in Greenhouse Restaurant and Chihuly Lounge from 12pm to 3pm.

All prices are subject to 10 percent service charge and prevailing government taxes.

It's not very much more expensive than the usual Vintage Champagne Sunday Brunch which costs $148 per adult, $74 per child (six – 12 years old) / $37 per child (three – five years old).

This brunch comes with free-flowing Moet & Chandon Vintage 2003, house red and white wines, selected cocktails, chilled juices and fruit flavoured sparkling mineral water.
