After all that heavy eating beginning from Friday night, we finally surrendered and had instant noodles for dinner last night. Sedap! Not healthy of course, and surely will lose hair (I'll go check shower drain cover later). but, what's your favourite flavour? Are there healthy ones?

Our two favourites are from Myojo, and none are healthy:
1. Prawn Noodles
2. Sambal Mee Pok

Really super best!

I also like myojo. Particularly the chicken flavor. Been around for donkey years but still prefer that flavor.

My hubby and ds like those korean big cup noodles. I still dunno how to appreciate.

I like Chu Qian Yi Ding noodle, the one with sesame flavour and also Tung Yi (abalone).

I also drain the water for the 1st round because the wax is not so healthy. But always remind the kids not to drink too much of the soup since the flavouring is filled with MSG.

Yes yes... Saw some emails on that too on wax content in instant noodles. We start to do that nowadays as well.

Hmmm...didn't know about this wax thing.

Luckily I'm not a big fan of soup noodles, so usually will get the mee goreng kind.

I usually do not use the packed seasoning, except for mee goreng.

I usually cook my instant noodles with can of Tuna or can of curry chicken.
