Recently, I am a bit
over those Takoyaki Balls. Found the one at AMK quite nice and cheap (4 pcs for $2), so just wondering if there are better ones around?
Seldom see them as permanent stalls, apart from those at Pasar Malam. Anyone knows where the permanent stalls are, maybe can list them here? Thanks.
1) AMK, not sure of block number, same row as Bee Cheng Heng 美珍香, 4 for $2. There's ham, prawns, squid and tuna. Can mix.
2) AMK Hub, B2, food street near NTUC. Quite expensive 3 for $2.20, chicken, prawns, squid. Cannot mix.
3) Gindaco at ION Orchard, #B4-64/65, food stall infront of the food court.
4) the basement of BUGIS junction
5)

KoalaMummy, thanks for the listing, but I have not ventured to those places for quite a while, so have not seen them.

No, don't think it is called Jap satay balls.
These Takoyaki balls are about the size of ping pong balls and they usually come with a piece of either chicken, prawn or squid inside. Then they put some mayo and BBQ sauce (I think) over them before throwing some 'leaf-like' stuff over them. They usually come in 4s and are served in those stereform boxes that Macs used to use for their burgers.
Alamak, I hope I am making sense here.

tankee,
is this the one from Ginza Food Street in Japan? Cos the best one i have had so far is from there. The queue is horrible!
