Hi, visited a couple, one at Safra Yishun, one at Near Marymount Convent and another at Kinderland YCK.

Safra Yishun : aircon but over crowded. students walking in and out without the parents having to sign them in/out. Bathing facilities at the swimming pool toilets.

The one next to Marymount Convent: 99% marymount students. 1 small boy. would be ideal if your kid studies at Marymount convent. Price very reasonable.

Kinderland YCK: currently small group there with 2-3 St Nick's girls. The girls take the Kinderland School Bus from school to the centre. Most Exp of the lot.

Cambridge at Mei Hwan is opening 1 centre in Serangoon Country Club by end of this year, I am waiting to take a look before deciding.

Regards

Hihi Sachiko,

For a long while, i cldn't find anyone fm KS who has DD going to St Nick.

Can you tell me how is the hrs like for P1? I hv enrolled her for tuition n planning to sign her up for some enrichment classess at Kebun Baru CC. Do you hv any idea what enrichment classess would come in handy? I don't wish to plague her with too much academic ones. TIA

I must say that P1 is kind of relax. She doesn't have much homework. Most of her work are done in class. No exam for P1 too. However, the sch will access the girls based on spelling, worksheets etc.

Is your girl going P1 next year? The sch does have enrichment classes on Sat (organised by parent support group).
