JC for an O Level aggregate of 10-2, which is 8

My son just received his O level results. It's an 8 (already with bonus)
We're trying to find which JC he'd be most suitable for and where he has the best chance to enter and finish. He's not the type to study very hard and he really wants to take KI (Knowledge and Inquiry)
Which JCs can you recommend to me for aggregate of 8, appeals aside
