Helping your son studying overseas

Dear Parents
I am UK-qualified male accountant with over 30 years in banking and finance.
Currently, I am director of Australian company based in Perth. I now live alone in townhouse in a quiet Perth suburb and am willing to rent a room for your sson who desires to study in Western Australia. He must own a car & have driving license.
If necessary I can provide guidance/tuition for his uni studies in accountacy, banking/finance, investment-related subjects. And I can help keep an eye on your son's uni/social activities.
A Singaporean, I have lived in Perth for over 13 years and so could provide help to your son to settle in.
