Youth Expedition Project - Project Matuwa Philippines

Project Matuwa is a Youth Expedition Project (YEP) in collaboration with Gawad Kalinga Hope Initiative (GKHi). This YEP would take place in Manila, Philippines, in May/June 2013. (tentatively: from 20th May to 4 June 2013)
Together with the GK residents, we aim to construct proper housings for the poor living in slums helping them to rebuild their lives.
We would also be carrying out child and youth development activities in the community. Organizing of sports carnival and sharing of hygiene practices will also be executed as part of the development activities.
