Hi Everyone,
Music Elective Programe at A-levels and ABRSM Diploma? Which would you recommend? If one would continue to do Bachelor in Music?
Thanks in advance for all the feedback and comments!!!

Sorry this is late.
The ABRSM Diploma is more general. Its just a gauge of your playing standard, generally. On the other hand the MEP Programme at A level will cover more ground, more theoretical stuffs, the elements of which will better prepare you for a music BMus programme.
If you are looking to pursue your BMus, definitely do the A LEvel MEP. Of course, the DipABRSM is a bonus. And I heard that one particular college in the united kingdom will allow you to skip yr 1 of its 4 year BMus(Hons) programme if you have the DipABRSM.
I cannot remember which one, but PM me if you want to know, and i'll find out for you.
Hope this helps, roughly?

Doesn't the MEP require you to attain a minimum ABRSM qualification too?
