Books:

'Preparing for the BMAT: The Official Guide to the Biomedical Admissions Test' (Concise but the most relevant book out there)

'Get into Medical School. 400 BMAT Practice Questions' (Useful supplementary book for additional practice)

Free resources

Hi All!

Check out http://www.bmatcrashcourse.com/ - it's the first year they are running a crash course in Singapore, but its significantly cheaper than the other BMAT courses out there! Only $150 vs Blackstone $850!

Looks good/legit too, if you take a look at their resources at http://www.bmatcrashcourse.com/free-resources/

They're running a course on the 27th of September, which I think will be more useful since it's after prelims and closer to the BMAT exam itself.

To get into NTU-LKCSoM locally or other UK medical courses you need to sit for the BMAT.

The BMAT results are only valid for one year, and the next session is on 5th November 2014, unfortunately right smack in the middle of the A-levels.

Split into 3 separate sections that tests your science, math and writing skills, the BMAT is challenging but not difficult to do well in with the right preparation. We will be running free information sessions for the BMAT, and intensive preparation courses over the next few weeks. Run by an experienced credible instructor who graduated from UK, is a trained educator, and has a proven track record.

Visit www.bmat.sg for more details and to sign up immediately!

I used the book How to Master the BMAT by Chris Tyreman (Publisher: KoganPage) (bought from BooksDepository- free shipping, yay!) and I seriously advise doing all the past year BMAT papers after 2007. The past year papers will familiarise you with the format and get you used to the time limit.

Hi, we have published our own in-house BMAT preparation workbook (not available in stores).

It is very comprehensive and our students who attended our course last year gave thumbs up for it!

(And we will be running a new and improved version of our course again later this year!)

If you would like to purchase it, please PM or email us!
