Where is he planning to apply to? You can just do it yourself. No need to go through agents.

I think nephew visited one agent in town.He is contemplating to sign up cos hoping for more options.

Do look out for educational exhibitions by the various international universities from Uk, US, Australia etc.The representatives will answer any queries n and give you brochures to go through.
