SINGAPORE's fourth university - the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) - will open in April 2012.
I think 20/3/10 and 21/3/10 they are giving briefing for interested students. In the website, they mention about full scholarship....pls check it out if your kids are interested to enrol..
