quite a sad debut episode, tells the sad childhood life of ah di (played by zoe tay) being sold away by her own parents and how she met her childhood lover dake (played by chenhanwei).

any1 also watched/intending to catch this mid-year blockbluster/zoe's comeback?

not a fan of such drama...rather have something happy to take the mind away from the already stressed real world.

Yup, watched it too.
Rather slow moving.
Zoe Tay, Aileen Tan, Lin Meijiao all still look fabulous.
Watching the show because of them.

I think Ah Di is fortunate to be able to marry her boss, the character played by Huang Wenyong. She should just forget about Dake (Chen Hanwei).

haha i watched bcos of the senior actors too! but find it very funny when they act young and act cute (zoe and aileen at the factory )

so sad last night when ah di thought that dake was already dead and she had to face the same fate of being sold/married away to another family.

Recorded the show and watching it now with my old lady..
We are for the senior actors/actresses too..
Hehee.. same time can check out their 'enhancements'...

We also watch last night. No sure is this show similar to the show 三十风雨路 that acted by 黄碧仁(饰演阿枝) few years ago.

Interesting, one is called 阿枝 while the other one is called 阿娣!

we watched the debut last nite and hopefully can squeeze some time to catch the rest of the episodes

First episode already have tears dripping from my left and right (wife and MIL) ... Shd still be following this drama. Knowing that Chen Hanwei and Zoe are BFFs, would be nice to watch how is the screen chemistry like.

I record the show so can watch in 'express' mode later.. ..fast-forward the adverts..
