New emoticons added

Due to several requests and latest by MR06 to collate all the interesting emoticons that can be used for posting. We will post the interesting emoticons (recommended by you) here which you can "copy location" and put into the "" to use in your posts.
As the collation is quite admin heavy, so this would be the best place to insert the new emoticons for now instead of going back to the admin to insert it. We will try to categorise the emoticons for easy search.
Future: When admin is ready to add new ones on the panel, they can get all the desired emoticons from here.
