Leonie Road? Its near Orchard Road, so quite surprise to know there is a cemetry...Where is the cemetry?

If it is or it was a Chinese Cemetery, it's usually a good Feng Shui land.

Just look at some part of Bishan and also some part of Yishun.

Part of Victoria Park GCBs are right next to an ex-cemetery plot. And many tycoons live there

. Maybe that's the reason . . .

There is a relatively new condo at Laurel Wood (off Sixth Ave). The open land on the other side of the road used to be a Chinese cemetery, right?
