Hi All,

Recently a friend said we should get a condo so that every weekend can be meaningful. Example of meaningful area as follow:

(1) Every alternate day can wash car until the car like show room condition. Condo MSCP give you free car wash serivce.

(2) Everyday can have workout as there is gym facilities. Don't have to go Planet Fitness, Fitness First etc.

(3) Every weekend ask relatives & friends for BBQ use the function room & swimming pool.

(4) Everyday try take shower in the clubhouse so that can save a lot of water. Ask the whole family go downstair to take showers. Maybe can wash clothings also can.

Ha.ha at the most maybe I would use the gym, not possible to have BBQ every weekend.

(1) I do not think there is any Condo that provide free car wash services.

(2) Agree to a certain extent. Those fitness centres have fitness instructors that provide tips and classes to attend. But if you are just looking for some weights and track mill, then condo gym is good enough.

(3) ha. provide you managed to book the pity every weekend. And provided you are so rich to treat your relatives and friends every weekend, not forgetting the cooling tea that you need for your family.

(4) er.... Tell me which condo you will be staying at, I will :siam:

I think you should also consider the following:

- Bing up pails of water from the clubhouse so that washing dishes, washing hands etc. also can use.

- Book clubhouse function room (if it is free) or sleep in clubhouse gym so that you can save the aircon electricity bill

- Get your kids to go clubhouse function room (if free ) or gym to study so can enjoy light and aircon there FOC

And tell me which condo your friend / you are in and I will also :siam: far far away.....

Uhh.... hate to say this but I do know of someone like that. My ex-colleague. This person stays in a condo and has daily baths at either the clubhouse or country club, of which this person is a member of. Said that wanted to save on utilities bills  Incidently, this person also owns a couple of private properties and whose spouse holds a senior position in a public listed company. :!:

Yes maybe can get free car wash as there must be some Indian Men providing the service. Just a suggestion the TS can provide nasi brani as a form of service.
