HDB and Condo

If he thinks the price is too high, then does he have any ready buyers with an offer?

i am not feeling very 爽 because one moment told me it's a quiet time and to expect no viewings...then did a 360 degree turn to say my asking price is high. if A has ready buyer with an offer, show me a $1000 cheque and give me an offer. don't just give me that crap.

She is probably trying to tell you Is a buyer market so if you want to sell fast then might need to lower the price... else got to wait it out which might take months..maybe can consider bridging loan for those that have not sold their house but new house is ready

i see units priced lower than mine which have been listed longer...but they are just being relisted.
frankly i don't want to go into a price war which is a stupid thing to do.

There's no doubt that the market is quiet.

after 1 month, i feel like our place is like a tourist destination spot. i'm sick of this...especially when i saw the same viewer last week.

since i am not given the authority or proxy to decide, i will not give a damn. any agents who wants to bring someone to view the flat, i will indicate in the calendar and then i disappear downstairs to the coffee shop during that period.

Same viewer means they are interested?
