Yes, I did. I just got rob by SINGTEL. I found out that each month they charged additional third party services that activate by sending you sms, if you didnt response; Noted : SMS is from 77677. ads provided by SINGTEL to their customer; then they will charge the service $6/week. When you called to Singtel, they will say to you " OPS third Party, deal by yourself by call the Hotline".
Singtel earns money by sending the ads, Singtel earns money by charging the customer without they realised it. And yet customer needs to clear the mess. And the best part, THEY EVEN CHARGED THIS KIND OF BILL TO MY NON ACTIVE PHONE, Fantastics, yes...

Not only singtel...starhub also.

This scam company *IM silently charged me a hefy sum each mth in my starhub account for some downloads which I have never subscribed.

To unsubscribe, you have to call this number which is really an automated line with no means for you to unsubscribe....the scam was meant to LOCK you in and make it frustrating and hope you give in and suffer silently.

I also called starhub and complained to blacklist this *IM and they aksed me to call the *IM automated line. They said it has nothing to do with them.

I also SMS back to *IM to unsubscribe and..... behold the charge still comes in.

It seems that this *IM is testing my patience!!!

Fed up, I took a half day leave and went down to IMM starhub to personally lodged an official black and white complaint to the counter staff. I spelt out carefully that I want this *IM number to be blacklisted and barred from my line forever and I will not allow starhub to collect monies from me on their behalf ever. Starhub is a party to the scam and if I ever receive any charges henceforth from *IM through starhub, I will complain directly to our telco authorities.

Not sure if it works but the counter staff assure me it will be done. Now looking at my next starhub bill......

Ya.. that is why when i sign up my line, i tell them firmly I DO NOT WANT ANY ADS send to me. I rmb a couple of month ago, someone from Singtel actually call me and ask if i was unhappy with their service becoz i do not opt for ads

Oh another thing to take note is those free services that they give you. RMB to call them up and cancel these services when the promotion ends and you have no use for them. I was charge a supplementary email for three months (which i don't even know the email account name) before i realised it...
