S-H, i hv been trying part time job also, in the end i find the pay too low and job too demanding, might as well just stay at home and look after my kid. For now i stop finding job and just go for those paid survey if there is any.

Have a home-based kind of "job" but it can't be full time. You can earn a little bit of side income (~$10/day).

There was a home based job using the computer with internet access doing Search and keyword data analysis.
Need some technical skills and capability to execute it.
Think it was about $15/hr.

As for part time work, there is those that pay around $40-70/hr, but again, need the required technical skill, and experience in order to perform the work.

There are part times, freelance, project based, and even mums network portals that may have the work you are looking for.

Do your research and look into the requirements, you never know you may find something suitable.
