Expenses on local Uni vs Overseas Uni

Can someone share on the expenses incurred for their DS/DD on a local Uni vs an Overseas Uni for a general degree these days.

My colleague's daughter is studying a degree course (related to design of products) in London. He mentioned he would need to pay S$200k (school fees, meals and accommodation) for this 4 year course.

I guess at present our local U charges about S$10k per year for school fees. Ten years later, let us give it a whopping S$20k per year and so a 4 year course would probably costs S$80k.
