Agree with Davischew, stock investing requires a lot of time and effort. Take time to study before investing to anything.

I'll discuss here instead of discussing shares at covid-19 thread.

Bank shares still rally today. I don't understand why. How can it be higher than pre-covid?

I don't think the financial sector was negatively impacted with Covid. I haven't read of major loan defaults etc.

Could it be that one reason is interest is low and property mkt is prospering, so many ppl borrow $$?

Anyway, I m just standing aside, recoup losses..

if my calculation is correct..for those having less than 1% loan interest, based on $1m outstanding loan. Monthly interest is less than a HDB common room mthly rent.

That is one reason why the property market is so buoyant - the interest rates are very low. If there is no TDSR constraint, I can't imagine how much people will borrow, and property prices will shoot through the roof.
