Can someone help? I'm trying to register for a Taobao account. After keying in my email address, they need a verification code. But where do I get this verification code? I thought the code will be sent to my email address, but I did not receive anything. Tried a few times but unsuccessful. I tried registering with my mobile no. too but again there wasn't any verification code sent to my mobile. Please assist as I need to make some purchases from Taobao urgently. Many thanks

Hi, for Taobao mobile verification code, it takes a rather long time (took 15 minutes for me) to receive the code via mobile phone.

Also, do remember to enable all their Alipay plugins manually once they pop up. Most browsers are set to block the Alipay plugins by default, and hence need to enable them manually.
