Anyone has experience using Ceaserstone Quartz for their kitchen countertop? Undecided whether to use granite or quartz.

My kitchen top is silestone (quartz). 5 years. So far so good.

Me too! Converted from granite to Quartz. Happy so far. I've been able to put cookware /bakeware fresh off stove or oven on the surface. Easy to clean.

Any issue with chipping and staining? Also cost consideration, quartz is more expensive.

So far, nothing's happened. But it's only been 6 months. More expensive? I was told it was cheaper than granite.

Yep, mine is 8 months old now. Very easy to maintain. And I was also told it is cheaper than granite.
