Anyone knows what is the cheapest place that we can get kids essentials like diapers, FM, shower items etc? Malaysia is out as many of the items there are not meant for spore market, hence different quality.

My answer would be... Malaysia. The difference in quality is usually something we have made up in our mind. In reality, there isn't a lot of difference in any of the items that you have mentioned.

However, if you prefer to support Singapore economy, you can try online retailers like RedMart.

Try bulk distributors like Fairprice's Warehouse? I have never been there, but buying in bulk should keep the cost lower. But if you are intent on getting things that are targeted at the Singapore market, I guess they will have "Singapore prices". I haven't bought baby stuff for years, so can't comment on the difference between Singapore and Malaysia products.

depends on what items, brands and when you want to purchase it. Because different items and brands are cheapest at different places at different time. sometimes merchant A can be cheapest for this item, then the next time is merchant B cheapest for the exact same item. You can try using loviya.com to search for the items. It save you the trouble from comparing the price among different merchants, so that you know where to get the best deal among all those popular merchants for that particular items.
