KiasuParents - Parenting in Singapore

On the day of S1 posting results (22-Dec-2010) I will be travelling and I am not sure the auto roam will work.

I checked the website, whether I can find the results at the following link
http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/admissi ... g/process/

There is no specific link where I can check the results on-line.

Any idea how do I find the results on-line?

I noe my idea might be stupid, but if you really can't find a way, leave ur handphone (or the one that it's no. u send in to moe) in singapore with someone you trust and ask that someone to tell you thru ur DH's handphone. ^^

You will not be able to find the Posting results online anywhere. They will inform you by sms on the morning of 22 Dec. From experience, some friends received their as early as 6plus in the morning, some as late as 8 to 9am, it all depends.

If my memory does not fail me, we were asked to give 2 handphone numbers, so in the event that you are unable to receive the sms, I am sure the second number would get the same message, otherwise why would they ask for 2 numbers.

Perhaps, you may want to make sure that the second number is available on that day?

You should be able to find the results online in the same S1-IS system that u submitted your options. Log in using the same SI pin that u used for submission. As to why there is no specific link right now, perhaps the submission exercise is over but they wd probably put in back later. BTW, 2 yrs ago, i did receive child's posting via SMS and then chkd online via the system to be doubly sure (displaying the epitome of "kiasuparents' syndrome !).

Oops, thanks for that sporemum! I forgot that we could check online after receiving the sms!
