need advice on the selection of schools.

My son Pri sch is affiliated to Holy Innocents High

Affiliated Non-Affilation
Express 188-239 218-235
Normal Academic 152-187 181-198
Normal Tech 089-150 128-151

I am thinking of
(1) Bowen Sec
(2) North Vista Sec
(3) Holy Innocents High
(4) Pei Hwa Sec

Reason : Not sure if the low score of HIHS affiliated students in Express, NA & NT will pull the standard of the school down.
Worry : by giving up HIHS as first choice, no more affilation priority

Sigh.. hope someone can give some advice or suggestions.

North Vista and Pei Hwa are not in the special achievement Table (annex f1) while Bowen and HIHS are. Does this mean their L1B5 is higher than even band 9?

Looking at previous COPs (221 to 222) for Bowen, he has slim chance of getting in. If you believe this year's COP will drop, then give it a try, your ds may still make it into HIHS as non-affiliated but if you believe COP will increase, best to put HIHS as first choice.
