Hi,

Just curious.
Are Victoria and Cedar excluded from banding exercise?
Heard there is some MOE rule that exclude IP schools from banding exercise.
Does anyone have information on this?
Thanks!

Hi fanfanx,

Yes, both victorial and cedar will be still in the banding exercise in 2012. This is because both school offer dual track. i.e. Both 'O' level and IP. 'O' level is still the majority as only about 90 places each are offered at IP level.

Regards.

ACSI, the only school offering dual track currently is excluded from the banding exercise though.
