That school came to my sch for a talk. When the teachers asked the students to issue the brochures to some students, I realised that a few of them were shy. The teachers also said that the sec3 and 4 classes are air-conditioned so that they have a better environment to study in. Hope this info helps.

I have relatives who are studying there and last I heard, their results were not great (failed a couple subjects). My relatives tell me either the class was too noisy or they didn't understand what the teacher was teaching. They also didn't seem to know what it was they had to study for exams and since there were quite a number of failures, I think they were not alone.

A veteran teacher commented that this school's student behaviour is bad.

my nephew was from Hillgrove Sec Sch. graduated with all A1s and 1 B3 for English. He says it's the best choice he ever made. He was a really lazy boy when he was in Primary School. He said the teachers there made a great difference.... and of course, he mentioned about the aircon classrooms !
