Hi Everyone,

Anyone heard about this JSA.

It seems only open for P5 students who are good in Badminton, Table-tennis and Wu Su, etc. Only a handful of students are selected like GEP program, the student will be trained by prof. coaches, parents do not need to pay anything, it sounds very good right.

This may be one of the other route for DSA. That is all I know. More info pls chk it out yourselve through your own school

Thank U!

Hi Everyoone,

The JSA is organizing a trip for those table -tennis play to taiwan bet 1st to 11th Dec. Only those JSA members are quilified. Parent only fay for 10 to 15%.

The latest new from MOE web page mentioned that the first batch of JAS member were graduated. This is a 2 year programs.

Those parents if your child is good in Table-tenni, Wu shu, badminton, etc watch out for the JSA program, this program is only for P5 student

This is a very good program apart from GEP, my friend kid enjoy very much.

hi kiasurian

DD was offered the JSA slot at P5 for a single sport (so I cannot comment on the multisport). Her school held a JSA briefing for parents before we signed up. Perhaps you could ask your DC's school. At the briefing it was emphasized that JSA is NOT an avenue for DSA. However, the programme is good IF you can spare the time commitment as her coaches were professional coaches in smaller groups vs school appointed coach who had to eyeball the entire CCA cohort. Three times a week with 90% attendance record above school CCA commitments. We dropped out in P6 as by then we could not spare the time.
