Cca points for school team (sports)

Is it easier to earn cca point in a sports cca compared to uniform group or performing arts? If the child represent school in zone and national competition, what are his chances of getting 20 points at the end of his 4 years for jc admission. This is assuming that he is not holding any leadership position.
